Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. These reservations cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date may be subject to an early departure fee. The fee amount will be determined based on the remaining length of the stay and the room rate.
